The WSME AC DC TIG Welder (models WSE-200/250/315) is a heavy-duty industrial welding system designed for enterprise users with high-precision, high-load welding demands in shipbuilding, aerospace and automotive manufacturing. Adopting MOSFET switching power supply and PWM technology, it combines AC/DC TIG welding with low noise and high energy efficiency, delivering a mild arc, little spatter and perfect weld shaping. With three models to choose from, it offers input voltages of AC230V (WSE-200/250) and AC400V (WSE-315), output current ranges of 10-270A and a fixed no-load voltage of 56V, with a 60% rated duty cycle for continuous heavy welding work. As a Heavy Duty AC DC TIG Welder for Industrial Welding, it supports DC TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel, and is specially optimized for AC TIG welding of aluminum and aluminum-magnesium alloys. Equipped with high-frequency (HF) arc starting and AC balance control (20-80%), it achieves near-perfect weld quality even for 0.3mm ultra-thin plates, meeting the strict precision requirements of high-end industrial manufacturing.

This welder integrates 5 core processes including DC manual welding, DC argon arc welding and AC pulse argon arc welding, with 4 adjustable AC output waveforms. It can weld carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, titanium and aluminum-magnesium alloys with a wide current adjustment range of 5-630A, adapting to different plate thicknesses and material types. For enterprise users, this one-machine solution eliminates the need for multiple welding devices, saving equipment investment and workshop space.
Built with original high-performance dual-module IGBT and full-bridge phase-shifted soft-switching technology, it achieves high conversion efficiency and low welding loss. Passive power factor correction boosts the power factor to 0.93, significantly reducing overall energy consumption compared with traditional welders. The compact and lightweight design (18-31kg) enables easy movement for field operations and industrial production, a key advantage for mobile manufacturing and on-site construction enterprise users.
Adopting high-voltage HF arc starting and small current arc starting technology, it achieves a 100% arc starting success rate, avoiding tungsten electrode burning and repeated operations. Full digital waveform control ensures a stable arc, excellent dynamic characteristics and beautiful silver fish scale welds. It can weld 0.3mm ultra-thin plates without burn-through or deformation, a critical feature for precision equipment manufacturing enterprise users.
Integrated with overheating, overcurrent, undervoltage and insulation multi-protection circuits with alarm indication, it operates stably in a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃, with a grid voltage compensation capacity of ±15%. After 500 hours of maximum current continuous life testing, its performance remains unchanged. Air cooling + water cooling dual protection further extends the service life of the welding gun and the whole machine, reducing maintenance costs for long-term industrial use.
With a modular circuit design and universal 35-70 large quick plug, it has strong anti-interference ability and supports long-line welding with an 8-meter welding torch for normal arc starting. This makes it suitable for harsh industrial environments such as shipyards and construction sites, and it is the first choice for enterprise users engaged in high-precision industrial welding and on-site maintenance.
Widely used for welding aluminum-magnesium alloys, titanium alloys and stainless steel components of aerospace parts, precision instruments and electronic equipment. Its high-precision pulse control and ultra-thin plate welding capability ensure no deformation or burn-through of small and delicate workpieces, meeting the strict precision standards of aerospace and high-end electronic enterprise users.
Ideal for welding aluminum car bodies, alloy frames and exhaust pipes in automobile production and modification, adapting to the mixed material welding needs of carbon steel and aluminum alloys. In marine engineering, it is used for welding stainless steel hull sections and aluminum alloy superstructures, with stable performance in harsh marine environments and high current output to ensure weld strength and corrosion resistance.
Applied to the welding of stainless steel guardrails, aluminum alloy doors and windows and decorative metal parts. Its flexible current adjustment fits both thin and thick sheet metal welding, and the beautiful fish scale welds reduce post-processing work, improving production efficiency for construction and sheet metal processing enterprise users.
Serves the welding and maintenance of industrial machinery parts, mold bases and engineering equipment. The 100% arc starting success rate and multi-protection system avoid equipment damage caused by misoperation, and it can weld various metals such as copper, iron and aluminum, meeting the diverse emergency repair needs of factory and construction site enterprise users.
